Search Criteria

The search can be refined by many different criteria by selecting ‘More’ then choosing a search criteria from the drop down list.

To add further selection criteria, use the ‘More’ button. To reduce the selection criteria use the ‘Fewer’ button.

For each criteria you must specify a condition and optionally a value.

Please Note:

• This tool searches for objects on the ‘painted area’ of a form, report or service, and returns a list of matching ‘painted’ objects.
  
  
• If you restrict the search by a FORM level criteria (eg: form name), the tool only searches matching forms
  
  
• If you restrict the search by any attribute of an ENTITY, ALL objects are searched, but ENTITY objects are restricted to your selection criteria.
  
  
• To restrict your search to a FIELD within an ENTITY use the value "FIELD.ENTITY" eg: CUSTMER.CLIENT_RECORD
