[Cvsnt] general questions.

Okay so I was playing with this today and it doesn't appear to work.  If
you try to add a UNC path via the GUI you get this error:

"You cannot use a UNC path name for the root."

It does work via the GUI like this:

C:\> cvs -d \\server\cvsroot init
C:\> cvsservice -i \\server\cvsroot

however when i try and login it doesn't work:

# export CVSROOT=":pserver:ashand at 172.16.1.92://server/cvsroot"
# cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:ashand at 172.16.1.92:2401/cvsroot
CVS password:
/cvsroot: no such repository

any ideas?
