I guess you are using it in local database mode and your operating system
is Croatian.
Mine crashes on the server and that is why the NT service cannot
communicate with it anymore (I guess).

I also have the same problem. Cvs crashes ("cvs.exe has generated errors
and
will be closed by Windows.") and no update is done.
