[Cvsnt] Timezone differences

Hello,

My machine is GMT-3 (Brazil EST) and my server too. But when retrieving or
commiting files, the CVS converts the timestamp to GMT, i.e. always adding 3
hours.

Any ideia to show it in the same timezone as mine?
