[Cvsnt] Problem comparing binary files with external diff program

Hello!

I have problem when I try to compare two revisions (1.1 and 1.2) of binary file two
with external diff program. When WinCVS creates temporary files for
comparison these files contain garbage. However when I manualy update file to
revision 1.1 and 1.2 files' content is OK.
So where's problem? Is it in WinCVS or in CVSNT or in me?

my system configuration:
win2k/sp2
CVSNT version is 1.11.1.3
WinCVS version is 1.3b7
