[cvsnt] cvs installation

Did you go through the step-by-step I have on this URL?:

It deals with the complete installation and setup, but on this subject
I have a small section too:

The admin file is a simple list of user logins that are allowed to act
as CVS admins. The login goes on an otherwise empty line, ine for each
login. Please note that the login is case sensitive.
Like so:

charlie
jane
phuhes
