[cvsnt] [CVSweb] only a list of rlog msgs

hallo!

i installed cvsnt and it works fine.
i installed cvsweb but it did not work correctly.
first i had problems with rlog but after precicely checking the syntax of
each config entry i found my fault...

but now if i click on a directory not containing only subdirectories i get
the output from the rlog output of each file in the directory. no html
header or other cvsweb things....

what can be the reason for this !?!?
