[cvsnt] cvstemp

Thanks for the reply. SYSTEM already has full control. That was
something I tried before I posted the email (along with domainusers and
services - just in case).

Does anything else need full access? Or does any other directory need
full access - I'm not using a separate lock directory, does SYSTEM need
access to my CVSROOT?
