[cvsnt] cvstemp

Nope, doesn't help.

When I run cvs ls from a client I can see the cvs process start on the
server (in Task Manager). 
The process starts as SYSTEM.
I then get

can't create temporary directory C:\cvstemp/cvs-serv2972
Permission denied

Where 2972 is the PID of the CVS process that has just started.

The repository has full access for everyone and SYSTEM
The cvstemp has full access for everyone and SYSTEM

I've also tried running cvsserver under my account but then I can't
validate user accounts
