You should not use FAT32 on an NT system, no file permission handling is possible
among other things.
Do yourself a service and let W2000 update the partition to NTFS.

Is it absolutely to have ntfs set for w2k pro.
I am currently running on FAT32.
Can't seem to find anywhere that allows FAT32 installation.
