This snapshot also solves my problem with encryption not working under SSPI.
Just drop in the replacement binaries, and it all works... So there's
something that (for me at least) worked in build 57h, not in build 62, and
does again in the snapshot I downloaded a few minutes ago, with all other
factors unchanged.
