[cvsnt] Repository Backup

Hello,

I would like to know what could be a good way to lock en entire repository
for backup purposes.
I am using cvsnt on a NT Box using the pserver protocol.

I was used to run CVS on linux with the cvslock command to lock the
repository, preventing write access.
