[cvsnt] Taginfo on build 62

Nope,
the taginfo processing was redone so that the files and revisions are
now sent through standard in instead of command line. Thus fixing the
bug that made it break when there were too many files tagged. On those
occations the command line became too long for WinNT.
Now there is no limit to the number of files anymore. :-)
