Also (looking at the code) what is the username the affected machine is
committing under?  It looks like CVS/RCS doesn't check the username for
'magic' characters, so things like ';' or '@' in the username may bugger
things up somewhat (although I'm pretty sure NT doesn't allow these
characters in usernames anyway).
