On the website, there are two links for the precompiled installer 
version. The leftmost link "Precompiled install (.exe) (3,149KB)" is to 
a file that doesn't contain the LS command. The rightmost link 
"(mirror)" is to a different file that does contain the LS command. That 
is kind of confusing!

Also, Mozilla tries to download the tar.gz files as text. I think maybe 
the mimetype setting for GZ files might be wrong on your server.
