[Cvsnt] Cannot commit the modified files

Hello,

I install cvs 1.11.1p1 on Linux (redhat 6), for a local user I can check out, commit..., it works well.

However, If I used the wincvs1.2 on my winnt, the system user, I could login and update, but fail to commit any modified files.

Could you give me hand? It is urgent issue, and almost drive me mad!
