[Cvsnt] loginfo not working from client

Hello all,

First, this is a fantastic port of CVS. Thanks!

I am running CVSNT in pserver mode.
My loginfo file has the following line:

ALL $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/logger.pl $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/ %{sVv}

logger.pl is a simple perl script that appends to a log and sends mail
notifications.

This all works fine when I commit a file locally.
However, when I connect from a client and commit changes I get the following
error:

cvs server: cannot write entry to log filter: d:/socrep/CVSROOT/logger.pl
d:/socrep/CVSROOT/ "Settlers/Notes Index.txt,1.6,1.7"


It seems from the posts in the newsgroup that others are not having this
problem.
Any suggestions?
