[Cvsnt] Cant get any remote protocols working - please help

Yeah, but really I would like to have the new features available in the 
Betas. My problem occurs with Beta 6 (I pulled CVSNT from its CVS 
repository with the beta-6 tag, built it, and then tested it) too. I 
think I "narrowed" down my problem to have occursed between checkins on 
Jan 17 and Beta 6; I tried to test by pulling by date on the 18th and 19 
and it seemed like CVSNT couldn't even recognize the NTSERVER protocol 
at all.

Tony, did you change something that might require a different 
configuration with CVSNT build 51 than we needed for CVSNT build 41? 
Before, I didn't have any "passwd" file and I was using NTSERVER mode 
and it worked fine. I tried adding a "passwd" file and it still didn't 
work; I had it contain two lines:

SmithBL
LambS

As that is what the I read in the documentation was necessary for 
NTSERVER mode.

Am I doing something wrong, or is build 51 just not ready for production 
use yet?
