[Cvsnt] Compilation error on laptop....

I did not note the checkbox for VS integration the first time around,
it appears only after the SDK is installed when all other available
software on that CD is listed and the integration is way at the bottom.
Now cvsnt compiles OK.

I had this problem and I solved it by upgrading to the November 11 
Windows 2000 SDK. Note that you have to choose the "Visual Studio 
Integration" setup option when downloading it in order to get Visual 
Studio to "see" the update.
