[Cvsnt] SOLVED: Can't get any remote protocols working

I just pulled CVSNT from CVS and it is working now. I believe it is the 
result of Tony's patch from last night 
(http://cvs.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/cvsnt/src/server.c.diff?r1=1.54&r2=1.55).

NTSERVER and SSPI modes are now working for me. I didn't have to add a 
passwd file or anything. Maybe if there is another beta release we can 
get this tested for the other people having problems.

BTW, The trunk currently doesn't compile because of a typo on line 183 
of protocols/commonc.c. This typo appeared in revision 1.9:

    #ifdef _WIN3

should be

     #ifdef _WIN32
