[Cvsnt] Setting up pserver

Is the mistake still there??

"Create an empty file .passwd (yes, with the dot in front of passwd)"

I could not get my CVSNT server working until I renamed .passwd to passwd
(yes, without the dot).

Unfortunately, I can't find the FAQ maintainers address from the page.
