[Cvsnt] All pipe instances are busy

Hi,
after we have installed antiviral program AVP 3.0 on a client computer we
got for every cvs command "Error connecting to server on \\development: All
pipe instances are busy". After uninstalling it CVS is OK. What can be a
cause of such befaviour?
