[Cvsnt] Retrieve Version expands 0x0a to 0x0d/0x0a pairs on binary files

Hi,

we are using cvsnt 1.11.1.2 (Build 41)  and wincvs 1.2 in pserver
configuration. If we try to retrieve a previous version of a BINARY file
with the "Graph->Retrieve Version" menue command, the older version is
extracted but the binary file is unusable due to 0x0a -> 0x0d/0x0a
expansion.

If we use "Graph->Tag to selected" the retrieval of the data is ok!
