[Cvsnt] problem trying to lock file in CVS NT

The admin commands are not implemented in CVSNT fully.
Look in the archives and you will find several threads that discuss this
issue.
Basically locking is not really used with CVS, if you *need* locking you are
probably in need of a different tool like PVCS (buyware...).
On the other hand as long as your files are text files you should not need
locking,
if your files are mostly binary you need locking bad and then CVS is not for
you.

This is the command that I used:
cvs admin -l Logger.java (in directory
D:\exiprocity\src\com\exiprocity\log\)
Client is WinCvs 1.2, Server is CVS NT 1.11.1.2

Locking is not really supported. What command did you give, which
client did you use and which version of CVSNT are you running?
