Log message:
	Update the development version so it passes tests written so far.  Found some
	real odd glitches, which have probably been there for ages.
	Added 'cvs -q diff' option which supresses all the RCS cruft when it's diffing, so the
	output looks more like a diff file (makes testing the output easier too).
