[Cvsnt] CVSNT & WinCVS- everything is RED

Hello to everyone.

I've just installed cvsNT (1.11.1.3 build 57f) on Win2k machine and added
some modules to repository using WinCVS 1.2 (the client runs on WinXP).

When I checked out these modules every file is red (in WinCVS)-> commitable!

I've spotted something more.
The module was added to repository at 17:30.
When I checked out the files in WinCVS i see 14:30!!
My time zone is +1:00 (Warsaw, Poland).

I've changed one file, commited at 19:41 and in WinCVS is 16:41. :-(

Please, help.
