You could also create a file called "admin" in the $CVSROOT\CVSROOT
directory and put the usernames of the users that should be permitted
to use cvs admin in it.

FWIW, concerning the WinCvs part. I'm currently halfway through the
process of updating the official FAQ for the CVSGUI site (still about
20 questions to go...) and will probably commit the current state for
review soon (hopefully near the end of the week).


P.S.: Sorry, Egil, for sending this in private. I still have to get
used to this kind of mailing-list (without Reply-To-list).
