[Cvsnt] WinCVS 1.3.7.1 and 1.3.8.1 both leave a hanging DOS p rompt when using Cygwin SSH

Actually, he should be ok with his current version of WinCVS.  I am using
WinCVS 1.3.8.1 and a patched version of cvsnt build 57d right now, and it is
working fine.  The key thing to update is the ext_protocol.dll file.  The
bug existed in CVSNT prior to build 57d.

You need to get the cvsnt version of cvs.exe (plus the protocol dll:s) with
version
1.11.1.3 build 57f.
But I also think you need WinCvs version 1.3.8.2
