[Cvsnt] Usage of cvs passwd

Hi all,

I get this error when I try to do a "cvs passwd -a new_user".
cvs [server aborted]: Only administrators can add or change another's password

My domain account on the server belongs to the Administrators group. Server uses only pserver mode. Do you have to specify CVS-administrators somewhere in the repository?

I've missed something about this command, so can someone help me?
