[Cvsnt] Can't get repository prefix to work- found workaround

Yes,
this is a known issue (Tony?).
The repository prefix must NOT end with the slash, but the GUI does
add this if the selected folder is the root of the drive.
If you manually edit the registry entry for this to D: then you are
OK. This is the one you want:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CVS\PServer\RepositoryPrefix = D:

The drive letter by itself (with the colon) *is* possible to use but
it is not settable from the control panel applet...

So you should not have the repository located directly at drive root,
it should be a subdirectory, if you want to keep admin simple.
