[Cvsnt] Latest stable version

Hi, I'm a bit confused about which version is the latest stable release.  I
seem to have downloaded 3 "stable" releases of the .3 version of the last
few months, all with different build numbers - can I assume that the stable
version is the one available from www.cvsnt.org home page?

Also, I'm about to upgrade my cvsnt server - do I need to uninstall the .2
release of cvsnt and if I do uninstall - will I need to redo any of my cvsnt
server settings?
