[Cvsnt] What to check?

Connecting to the cvs nt server over internet (using sspi) I personally
don't experience any problem. One of our co-workers just can't checkout the
source. His WinCVS always hangs in the beginning of the update. He is using
a different internet provider. What should he check to get the source on his
PC?
