[Cvsnt] problems with ssh

That error message doesn't occur in cvsnt.  I can only assume it's an ssh
error - perhaps if you ask on the cygwin forums someone might have heard
of it?

There's probably something wrong with the permissions setup on the
server.  ssh setup isn't something I'm that familiar with, though, so
maybe someone will know more about that.
