[Cvsnt] DOTNET for cvsnt??

Tony,
I notice the file cvsnt.vcproj containing references to VS7 (dotnet).
Questions:
1) Have you transferred the project over to DOTNET now
2) If so, what do we need to do in order to compile under DOTNET?
