[Cvsnt] cvsweb $hidenonreadable variable

Hello again, everyone.

Does anyone know about the "hidenonreradable" entry in cvsweb.conf? It seems
it's supposed to hide directory entries to which the user has no read
permissions, but it's set at 1, and when testing it, cvsweb still gave links
to non-readable directories...
