[Cvsnt] Path Length Problem with CVS.EXE or WS2HELP.DLL

All,

There appears to be a path length limitation with the current version
1.11.1.3 (Build 57) and rc2 (Build 55) of CVS.EXE OR in WS2HELP.DLL.

When on this point in my directory structure:
D:\Gates\CVS_Working\29Palms\SpeedLoad_CD\SVR\I386

if I type "cvs version" (for example) I get the following dialog box:
Title: cvs.exe - Entry Point Not Found
Contents: The procedure entry point WahWaitForNotification could not be
located in the dynamic link library WS2HELP.DLL.


If I step back to this point in my directory structure:
D:\Gates\CVS_Working\29Palms\SpeedLoad_CD\SVR

the same command executes normally.
