[Cvsnt] Control panel applet forgets old settings...

I have replaced my old CVSNT files with the ones from 1.11.1.4 Alpha1 Build58.
This was including the control panel applet.
Before this of course I stopped the CVSNT service using the old control panel applet.
Then I started the control panel applet again, and now I was really surprised because
all of my old repository settings had disappeared! I hade to enter them all again!
This even included the temp dir setting, which now pointed to the private area for me
in Documents and settings/bla.bla.bla./Temp!!!! Not the temp dir with permissions for
all that I had set up before....

Is this a known bug in the control panel applet or is it by design? Have the registry
entries been moved in the registry?
