[Cvsnt] Problem running cvs init

Hi,

I trying to follow the instructions at devguy
but am not successfull getting pass step 9
which reads:

Run cvs init

The error I'm getting is:

cvs [init aborted]: cannot make directory c:\cvs
/CVSROOT: No such file or direc
tory

Can anybody help me ?
