[Cvsnt] Login error

I didn't mention this in my previous post.  If I try to login from the
machine that is running cvsnt(version 1.11.1.3) it works fine.  I get this
message when I try from another machine on my 2 computer network.  It isn't
a network problem as I can connect to it via ftp, http, etc.

my cvsroot=:pserver:mike at cowcomputer:/TEST

where mike is the username in the passwd file
cowcomputer is the maching running the cvs server
and TEST is the repository that I created.
