[Cvsnt] CVSNT 1.11.1.3 (Build 57a) is slower

I'm not an expert in these.  However, I think authentification occur only at
beginning of the cvs command.  The slowing I notice was "while" the command
was processing.  The directory update list was "scrolling" a lot slower.
