[Cvsnt] cvs passwd?

Many thanks for the reply.

I'm not sure I understand your response however.  "cvs passwd" will allow me to change the current user password (me), but since I'm administering it, I want to add new users.  BTW, the CVSROOT is ":sspi:srvocap1:d:/cvs".
