[Cvsnt] config file location in Win2000? unable to install

Folks,



I am trying to set the pserver with SystemAuth = no.

According to the directions from Are Bjølseth,

there is a config file in the CVSROOT module where

we have to change the lines.



Problem: In Win2k, I cannot find this config file. Do you have to create a config file?

Any suggestions? Are there any detailed instructions on setting up the server?
