[Cvsnt] Tony's newsserver is down...

I noticed that I cannot get any messages off the newsserver for cvsnt and
cvsgui thta Tony runs.
Is this a local problem or a server problem.
The error message is "No response from server, timeout"

Since I am no longer able to read posts on the newsserver send any reply to
my email address.
