[Cvsnt] Where is what being done?

Just being curious:
Which part is handling the repository prefix stuff, cvs.exe or
cvsservice.exe?
Can my problem in 57d (repository does not exist) be caused by
cvsservice.exe instead of cvs.exe. I noticed that 57d took a lot
longer to start and stop than 57c did.
