[Cvsnt] cvs.exe client mode broken!

Hello Tony,

I yust compiled the latest surces from branch CVSNT_1_11_1_3_REL. And
now all actions are broken. When I use cvs.exe from last week at
client side, all is going well. It looks like a communication problem
from client to server (nt-server-mode)
