[Cvsnt] How to add newsserver to XP-Pro?

NNTP is an option of IIS (not installed by default)
You must select the "NNTP service" subcomponent when you install or
reinstall IIS

After that, IIS Administration must display the subnode "default NNTP
Virtual Server"
