[cvsnt] How to build

Installed on system:

MS Windows 2000 SP3
MS VS 6.0 Enterprise SP5
MS Platform Development Kit may 2002
TCL 8.1
Python 2.1

I downloaded cvsnt-1.11.1.3.tar.gz.  I have extracted it as well as the
kerberos patch. When I open the VC++ 6 dsw it seems like nothing in the dsw
is used.  Essentially, nothing works.  Have I missed something obvious  in
the setup?  Sorry if this has been asked before but I was unable to find an
answer that works as of yet.
