[cvsnt] CVSNT and WSAD

AFAIK CVSNT doesn't work currently with WSAD.  Not sure what
the problem is but since I don't have access to WSAD (which I
believe is commercial and v.expensive) there's no way I can fix it at this
end.

If you want to put in a support request with IBM and point them in my
direction we can probably work together to get a working implementation.
