[cvsnt] Which account runs administrative scripts?

Too bad, then I cannot use the AT command to schedule a mailsend
after collating all data from tagging on the submodules.
Normal users do not have priviliges enough to set an AT schedule.
Have to think up another method...

Provided you're using impersonation then it's the user that executed
the cvs command.  With impersonation off it's SYSTEM (which is why
it's not a good idea to switch it off generally).
