The repository you shall try to create is c:\cvsrepo\test. Don't
switch in the prefix until you are done creating the repositories.

You must have the CVSNT install folder on your *system* path. If you
instelled to c:\program files\cvsnt then I advice that you uninstall
CVSNT, then install it again, this time taking care to change the
install path to something sensible like c:\programs\CVSNT (without
spaces embedded in the path). They say it will work anyway, but that
really depends on which tools you want to install, some of them are
UNIX in origin and will sometimes barf on paths with embedded spaces.
Better to be on the safe side...
It is quite safe to do the uninstall/install sequence, whatever you
had configured will still be there afterwards.

Anyway the installer should try to set up the *system* path to contain
the CVSNT folder, but sometimes you actually have to reboot to make it
"take".
